Amy Brenner Yoga is operated by Amy Brenner. This notice explains how I collect, use and protect personal information when you visit amybrenneryoga.com, join my mailing list or contact me about classes, workshops or one-to-one sessions.

Information I collect

I may collect:

• Your email address when you join the Stay Connected mailing list.
• Your name, email address and any information you choose to provide when you contact me.
• Limited technical and usage information collected through Squarespace, such as browser, device and website-usage data.

How I use your information

I use personal information to:

• Send emails you have requested about movement, rest, classes, workshops, resources and ways to practise.
• Respond to enquiries and communicate about my services.
• Operate, protect and improve this website.
• Meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.

My lawful bases for processing are your consent for email marketing; taking steps at your request before providing a service; fulfilling a contract where you become a client; and my legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating my business.

Email marketing

I will only send marketing emails where you have subscribed or otherwise given permission. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting me.

Sharing and storage

I do not sell your personal information. I use trusted service providers to operate my business, including Squarespace for the website and mailing list, and Google Workspace for business email and document storage. These providers may process information on my behalf and may store it outside the UK under appropriate data-protection safeguards.

I keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including any legal, tax or accounting requirements. Mailing-list details are retained until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or request a copy of your information.
